Dr. Thrush has worked in academic healthcare settings since 1991, and has published more than 80 scientific journal articles spanning educational, social and behavioral sciences, health services, and medical education research domains. She has served as a Co-PI on an NIH NCRR grant to establish psychometric properties of a survey to assess organizational research climate and as a consultant on a VA HSR&D-funded grant to assess methods of feedback from this survey to VA leaders.
